Question 1

What is a ReflectU Zone?

Accepted Answer

A ReflectU Zone is a physical or digital environment powered by ReflectU, where people experience guided reflections using physiological feedback, interactive environments, and social or individual experiences. ReflectU Zones can be created in gyms, wellness spaces, hotels, cultural institutions, galleries, workplaces, events, retreats, practitioner settings, and other environments.

Question 2

Is a ReflectU Zone a heart-rate training system?

Accepted Answer

No. A Zone is not a heart-rate training system. Heart-rate and other physiological signals are instruments within some ReflectU experiences, helping participants observe how their own responses change during an experience. Physiological data is one possible instrument inside the experience — not the experience itself.

Question 3

What happens inside a ReflectU Zone?

Accepted Answer

People enter interactive Reflections individually or together. A Reflection might involve breathing, movement, attention, sound, interaction with another person, stillness, conversation, or an experimental prompt. Where appropriate, compatible physiological sensors can provide live or session-based feedback such as heart rate and HRV-derived measures. ReflectU turns the experience into an opportunity for observation — what happened, what changed, did it happen again, what do you notice.

Question 4

Who creates a ReflectU Zone?

Accepted Answer

ULT (Unifying Life Tech) works with partner organisations to configure the experiences, environment, access, content, and reporting appropriate to each host. A ReflectU Zone is not inherently a medical facility, medical diagnostic system, or HR training platform.

Question 5

Can a gym or hotel have a ReflectU Zone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ReflectU Zones can be deployed in fitness and wellness environments, where members can combine training with interactive self-reflection and physiological feedback, as well as in hospitality, cultural institutions, workplaces, events, retreats, and practitioner settings.
